This commissioned project I accepted was for fabricating an Intercooled Turbo Diesel Racing Kart.  The customer requested that the kart have enough power to drift, so I modified the stock 411cc 10hp Diesel with an RHB31 Turbocharger and Intercooler from a Suzuki swift K-cup race car.  The additional horsepower gained from the 10psi of boost helps kick the rear end of the kart out under heavy acceleration.  Due to the short wheel base being difficult to control during a drift, I added an independent braking system to the front wheels so the driver could utilize the brakes separately to pull the kart in and out of the drift.
