T-Drill Collaring Head Adjustment Tool

One of the primary tasks I performed as a service engineer for T-Drill was setting up and training the new operators on the different machines the company offered.  One of the most difficult things to teach new operators is how to adjust the spring loaded collaring head. Normally this process involves making very minute adjustments while holding back the spring tension. One slip and you had to start the process all over again.   Seeing this as a major training issue, I took the initiative and designed a Collaring Head Adjustment tool that locks the spring in place while the minute adjustments are made.  The prototype worked so well that T-Drill included the tool I designed with future S-54 sales.
